Chocolates & candles orders
To avoid melting during shipping due to high temperature in summer months, we encourage you to choose personal delivery for orders containing chocolates or candles. We do our best to protect these items from heat by including extra packages but personal delivery is the safest way to get your order in perfect condition.
If an incorrect address was provided to our collage or in the ordering e-mails and package has shipped, an address correction fee will be incurred. The fee to correct the address once it was ordered is …… .
BE SURE to give the shipping full address correctly. Omitting an apartment number, floor number, business name etc. may cause delay in delivering of your order and an address correction fee.
On that rare occations that an item arrives defective or damaged , please send us an e-mail to …….. with the photo of the defective or damaged item(s) within 5 business days. Your claim will be answered within 24 hours on working days. Arrangements for pickup or disposal of your original item will be detailed in the claim response.
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully check your package for any discrepancies or damages and notify us within 5 business days.
In the event that you are dissatisfield with the product(s) purchased, we allow returns up to 30 days from receipt. Items with personalization and custom options are non-refundable and will not be approved for return. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Please note: Refunds are based on purchase price. Shipping and handling fee are NON-refundable. If shipping a return to us, we do recommend insuring the package. We will not refund items if the package is not received by us or if the original item or its package is damaged. Items must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
